Vendor Tickets

Each vendor will receive 2 complimentary season passes. Additional season passes are available for a discounted price of $20 each.

Vendor Parking

Parking for vendors is in the general lots for $5 per day, per vehicle.

Vendor Camping

The camping fee for vendors is $85 per weekend and fee includes, where available, water and electricity. Fee is payable upon registration of the exhibition; Please make checks payable to the Lebanon Lions Club. Fees for vendors and other participants may differ. Please complete this form and submit along with your Vendor payments.

Spaces available on a first come, first served basis. There is no guarantee that space will be available at check-in.

Campers needing to arrive prior to Friday may only do so with prior approval. For those arriving earlier than Friday and in need of utilities an additional $25.00 utility fee will be required.

Camper pump out services are made available at the camper’s expense throughout the weekend – details available upon check in.

Adults: $10
Children (12 & under): FREE
Senior Citizens (60+): $9
Active, Retired or Disabled Military with proper ID: FREE
Season Pass: $25 for all 3 days
*Seniors are FREE from 3pm to 5pm on Friday


Please note that only guide dogs and service dogs are allowed on the fairgrounds.

The Lebanon Lions Club operates the fair and it has been the main event in Lebanon since 1959.

The fair takes place on the last weekend of July of every year.
