Exhibitor Camping

The camping fee for animal exhibitors is $35 per weekend and the fee includes, where available, water and electricity. Fee is payable upon registration of the exhibition; Please make checks payable to the Lebanon Lions Club. Fees for vendors and other participants may differ. Please complete this form and submit along with your exhibitor entry form(s) and payments.

Spaces available on a first come, first served basis. There is no guarantee that space will be available at check-in.

Campers needing to arrive prior to Friday may only do so with prior approval. For those arriving earlier than Friday and in need of utilities an additional $25.00 utility fee will be required.
